How I saved over £150 on home insurance

I got a letter from my home insurance provider a couple of weeks ago stating that my home insurance was up for renewal. I looked at the renewal price and it was so much more expensive than last year. So I decided to take my own advice, shop around for a better deal you could make a great saving.

I decided to look at Gocompare.com Home Insurance

I filed out a form which took 9 minutes. I was then directed to a page that had a number of insurance quotes on. The results were represented in a very easy to read quote table.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the cheapest home insurance quote was a saving of £152.07, not bad for just less than 10 minutes work! The cheapest provider was Esure - Home Insurance I clicked through on the buy now button and all my details were already pre-populated. There were a few more questions to answer, but they didn’t take long.
